We are Kyle & Leah McDonnell, a fun, laid back, adventurous, duo from Birmingham, Alabama. Owning on the beach has been a goal of ours since we were newlyweds and after 17 hard working years;  we've finally made that goal a reality!  We are extremely proud of our little cottage and hope that you will love it as much as we do.  I was in property management for 21 years; prior to becoming a Realtor, so I have the drive & knowledge to provide you impeccable accommodations & service.    Kyle, who is my very own "Bob Villa" manages an ambulance service  throughout Central Alabama.  We have two wonderful boys, Sam  & Jake .  We are a true "House Divided"...Sam & I cheer for The Crimson Tide; while Kyle & Jake bleed Orange & Blue for the Auburn Tigers.  When we are not working, you can find us at our cozy cottage or drinking a fruity umbrella cocktail on a Carnival Cruise Ship.
